Loughton, Essex, – £100k plus

We loved working on this project! We were recommended to these clients from their neighbour (at No 36 Loughton) and instead of a swimming pool, we were required to install a beautiful swim spa as part of the garden design.

The design and landscaping of this build was complex as the angles on the perimeter of the property were not straight forward. We sunk the swim spa and created two seating areas using composite decking from PGR. We created one at high level for lounge furniture and another at ground level outside the house with enough space for the children’s trampoline and play equipment.

The old render blown walls  was replaced with cladded, split faced tiles from London Stone. To accentuate this feature, we added matching coloured porcelain for the copings. This gave plenty of space for people to sit whilst entertaining and the bullnose composite steps provided plenty of extra places for people to perch.

It was important to our clients to have screening so we added Magnolia Grandiflora full standards to all the borders. A composite decorative screen was installed behind the swim spa as well as up lights for the spa and trees for evening ambience.
